Cancellation policy

Subscription Policy-Omez Beauty

At Omez Beauty, we offer customers the flexibility to either place a one-time order or subscribe to receive their favorite products on a recurring basis. By choosing the subscription option at checkout, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Subscription Authorization

We only charge your payment method if you actively select a subscription at checkout. Omez Beauty does not have the ability to charge your card without your consent through a subscription sign-up.

2. Subscription Notifications

For all active subscriptions, we send a reminder email three (3) days before your next scheduled charge. This gives you the opportunity to make changes such as cancelling, skipping, or modifying your order before you are billed.

3. Order Fulfillment and Shipping

Once a subscription order is charged, it is automatically processed and prepared for shipment. As we sell physical products, once a shipping label has been purchased and your order is in transit, we cannot cancel or refund the order.

4. Return Policy

If you no longer wish to keep a shipped subscription order, you may return the product only if it is unopened and unused. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and Omez Beauty does not provide prepaid return labels. Refunds will be issued minus the original shipping cost, as that fee has already been used to deliver your package.

5. How to Cancel a Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting our customer support. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
