Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are handmade and ship within 1–2 business days.  (During sales, orders might take up to 5 Business days for processing)

Standard U.S. Delivery: Usually takes 3–5 business days after shipping.

International Shipping (Outside U.S.): orders Process in 1–2 business days

Delivery takes 6–12 business days depending on the carrier chose during purchase.

Tracking numbers are provided via email once the order is shipped.

If signature confirmation is required, customers must email Omez.

If no one is home, packages may be left at the delivery address.

Omez is not responsible for lost or delayed parcels due to events beyond their control (e.g., weather, customs, strikes).

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for import duties, customs fees, and local taxes.

These charges are not included in the order total and may be due upon delivery.
