When should I expect my item?

We only ship within 5 to 10 business days and takes 2-3 days to receive in the mail. Each item is packed and shipped according to the individual product. Please read shipping before purchasing.

What if I want to return a item?

What if Omez Beauty send the wrong item?

Our Company will gladly send out the correct item as soon as we receive the returned item. We try to complete this process as soon as possible. ( Read More under Policy Tab)

What if my order is past shipping days?

If your order past shipping days, please email omezbeauty@gmail.com for faster response. Our company will update you on your order. We will provide you with a few options. Option 1: Our Company can refund your order. Option 2: Our Company will ask for an extension, until your item arrive. Option 3: Our Company can replace your out stock item with a different item of your choice.

Can I get a Refund?

Unfortunately we don't give "NO" Refunds on any item, unless its past your 5 business days.

What if I go thru Paypal for a Refund?

Our Company will forward over the policy and procedure. So please Read before purchase.

What if I want to change size?

Our Company will gladly change item within 24 hours after purchasing.

Change must be requested within 1 business day.

What if my package got sent to the wrong address?

Once Omez Beauty company ships out your package, you will need to handle the issue with DHL. To avoid this issue, please double check your address. Please remember that you will be submitting your address twice, once with omezbeautyproducts site and also with Paypal. The address you submit is the address your item(s) will be shipped to. Please double check
